How Our Pricing Works (Please Read This First)

-Choose a package: Pay one flat price that includes all labor and technician time.

-Need help diagnosing a problem? We charge $95/hour (1-hour minimum) plus the cost of any required parts.

-Diagnostic Assessment: $75, but the fee is waived when you approve recommended repairs or a service package.

Travel is 100% FREE inside Mahoning & Trumbull Counties. A flat $25 dispatch fee applies for service calls outside these counties (e.g., Columbiana, Portage, or Stark).

Installation, secure configuration, Wi-Fi optimization, and connection of your devices

 

Smart Device & Peripheral Setup - $95

Connect and configure printers, scanners, smart TVs, and smart home devices.

Email & Microsoft 365 Setup/Fix: $95 (Outlook configuration, sync issues, account setup)

 

On-Site Smart Backup Configuration: $115 (Automated backups to external drives or cloud storage)
